Stress and Anger Management Institute of Oklahoma LLC (the "Practice”) owns and operates the “Website” https://tulsaangermanagement.com.

Definitions

The Practice: The “Practice” is the counseling practice Stress and Anger Management Institute of Oklahoma, a professional limited liability corporation registered in the state of Oklahoma.

She is a LPC-Supervisor, a Certified Anger Management Specialist Level II, and a Certified Grief Counselor.

Services: Through the Practice, the Counselor is licensed, insured, and authorized to provide counseling services, known as “Service,” or “Services,” or “the Service,” to anyone within the state boundaries of Oklahoma.

Service Inquiry: A “Service Inquiry” is when a Website User contacts the Practice through the Website, with the singular purpose to learn more about the counseling services that are available to him or her from the Counselor.

Client: A “Client” is a User who has agreed to receive Services, currently or in the past.

Personal Data Disclosed by User: The Personal Data Disclosed by User is the personal and private information an individual voluntarily discloses to the Counselor during a “Service Inquiry.”

4) The Reasons for your Service Inquiry

Users who freely submit their “Personal Data” are understood to be making a “Service Inquiry.” Often, a Service Inquiry will include sensitive information unique to the User.

Personal Data and sensitive information disclosed through a Service Inquiry by a an individual exploring treatment options, whether they become a client of Stress and Anger Management Institute of Oklahoma LLC or not, is considered confidential information by Alina I Morrow LPC-S. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Oklahoma, she is required to do everything within her power to protect a client’s right to privacy, even when a client is not aware of the potential risks of how their private information could be compromised.

Usage Data – Anonymous Data Disclosed by User’s Computer/Device

The Practice also collects anonymous information on how Users accessed and used ("Usage Data") the Website. This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers, other diagnostic data, and demographic information when available.

All “Usage Data” collected on behalf of the Practice, from Users of its Website, (tulsaangermanagement.com), is conducted, managed, stored by a Third-Party provider, Google Analytics.

Anger Management Institute of Tulsa, PLLC, does not use, condone, or approve of "electronic medical records", which have never been secure, and is a complete fraud to all consumers. The records, notes, and signed intake forms managed by the Practice are kept in a triple-layer secure environment.
